Salary Band B £20,324 to £21,529 (equates to an hourly rate of between £10.53 and £11.16)
A generous annual leave allowance of 23 days
(plus an additional 5 days depending on having Continuous Local Government Service).

The Role
We are looking to recruit a Grounds Maintenance Operative to work in the Sevenoaks District. Whilst you will ideally have experience in grounds for example in grass cutting, hedge cutting or strimming we are willing to provide training to the right candidate.This is the ideal role for someone who enjoys working as part of a team as well as outside in all weather conditions.
The Team
You will be joining a committed and valued team of twenty one. Direct services has approximately 110 operational staff working in various areas including waste management, deport management, transport, workshops and environmental enforcement.

Sevenoaks is only half an hour from central London by train. You will be based at the Dunbrik Depot, 2 Main Road, Dunbrik, Sundridge TN14 6EP.
