With your experience in administrating a Finance IT System you’ll be comfortable training staff of all levels in using the system. You’ll be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the system, running reports and compliance with government requirements.

You’ll be responsible for leading on Income, Accounts payable and Accounts receivable. You’ll ensure that all payments are accurate and processed on time and be on hand to answer any queries from customers. 

You’ll provide advice and guidance to the team, as well as motivation, especially during periods of high work volume. You’ll be experienced in working to deadlines and looking for ways to continually improve the system and the way we work.

This role will be based at our Council Offices, Argyle Road, Sevenoaks Kent TN13 1HG. We currently operate a hybrid working model for the majority of our roles where your working time will be divided between the office (2-3 days) and home working (2-3 days).
