Can you improve our customer journey?

At Sevenoaks, the customer experience is at the heart of all we do, and you’ll seek to make a positive impact to this through digital transformation.

You’ll work in conjunction with our IT & Customer Solutions teams to develop online forms using a low-code platform as well as providing insight into customer contact. You’ll be comfortable analysing data and will seek to find innovative ways to simplify our processes.

If you have experience of a customer focused role, then you’ll know how important communication is and you’ll be comfortable providing information to a wide range of audiences.

So, if you share our passion for improving the customer journey then we would love to hear from you and how you can enhance a customer’s experience.

This role will be based at our Council Offices, Argyle Road, Sevenoaks Kent TN13 1HG. We currently operate a hybrid working model for the majority of our roles where your working time will be divided between the office (2-3 days) and home working (2-3 days).
