The officer will support Sevenoaks District Council’s Homelessness Prevention Project with Kent County Council and Xantura, undertaking data analysis, evaluation, to identify people who are in crisis.

Acting as a first point of contact for customers, you’ll be responsible for triaging customers through a rapid initial assessment of their needs and circumstances. Your excellent communication skills will be invaluable in directing customers to the correct service and ensuring they receive the support the need.

You’ll bring resilience to the service by providing coordination and administration support across the service, assisting with day-to-day activities as well as projects and initiatives. In addition to this, you’ll be comfortable working with data from a variety of sources, conducting analysis, evaluation and producing reports.

This role will be based at our Council Offices, Argyle Road, Sevenoaks Kent TN13 1HG. We currently operate a hybrid working model for the majority of our roles where your working time will be divided between the office (2-3 days) and home working (2-3 days).
