Help keep our District Healthy!

Working in the heart of the Edenbridge Community, you’ll support local people to make positive lifestyle, social and wellbeing changes to improve their overall quality of life.

You’ll work alongside local health professionals and key voluntary sector partners to carry out group and 1:1 health and wellbeing assessments and follow-ups to record outcomes.

You’ll deliver a range of targeted outreach healthy living interventions on a variety of areas including weight management, physical activity, and healthy eating.

If you have previous experience in a health-related service then you’ll know it takes creativity, motivation, and a strong focus on communication.
