Sevenoaks District Council

Our Audit Partnership provides assurance, consultancy, risk, and counter fraud services to both Dartford Borough and Sevenoaks District Councils.

Working across all sections of both Councils, you’ll undertake an agreed audit plan and provide insight into procedures where they fall short of legislative requirements.

With your professional skills (CIA/PIIA qualified or equivalent), you’ll assist in providing a high-quality and customer focused Audit service.

You’ll be working with a variety of data where you’ll harness your critical thinking skills to question processes and analyse information to provide recommendations and remedial actions as part of your audits.

You’ll be comfortable writing reports and communicating your findings with senior officers, as well as working towards deadlines.

This role will be based at both Sevenoaks District Council and Dartford Borough Council. We currently operate a hybrid working model for the majority of our roles where your working time will be divided between the office (2-3 days) and home working (2-3 days).
