Building Control Surveyor
Building Control Surveyor (Class 2A to 2F)
Salary: Up to £50,011 plus a 10% Market Related Payment and a Golden Hello Payment of up to £5,011

- You will have the opportunity to work on larger and more complex projects beyond your current Registration level, under the supervision of an experienced surveyor.

We are looking for:
- An individual who is enthusiastic and motivated, with an eye for detail and capable of working to deadlines.
- A professional Registered Building Inspector from Class 2A to 2F
- Someone who has a desire to develop, to learn and participate in a thriving team
- A full driving licence and a vehicle
This role will be based at our Council Offices, Argyle Road, Sevenoaks Kent TN13 1HG. We currently operate a hybrid working model where at least 2 days a week are office based after inspections.
