Building Control Surveyor (Class 2A to 2F)

Salary: Up to £50,011 plus a 10% Market Related Payment and a Golden Hello Payment of up to £5,011

We are looking for:

• An individual who is enthusiastic and motivated, with an eye for detail and capable of working to deadlines.
• A professional Registered Building Inspector from Class 2A to 2F
• Someone who has a desire to develop, to learn and participate in a thriving team
• A full driving licence and a vehicle

This role will be based at our Council Offices, Argyle Road, Sevenoaks Kent TN13 1HG. We currently operate a hybrid working model where at least 2 days a week are office based after inspections.
