As our Policy & Projects Officer you’ll support us as we move towards a new future for local government in Kent. The Policy and Performance Team support the Assistant Chief Executive’s Office through developing cross cutting strategies and policies, supporting the programme management and workstreams for local government reorganisation, and are the organisational lead on other priorities including performance and equalities.

This is a fast-paced corporate team working across policy, performance and communication.
