We are looking for a part time Validation Assistant to work with us in our committed and busy Validation Team. The team plays a key role in the Council’s handling of planning applications. The role involves registering, validating and initial processing of planning applications and ensuring the correct consultation and publicity is carried out.
You will need to have excellent communication, organisational and IT skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. In addition, your desire to manage your workload and work closely with the general public, using tact and diplomacy, will enable you to provide a second to none service to the residents of the Sevenoaks District.
Starting salary will be dependent upon skills and experience.
