Housing & Health Project Officer (1 year contract - maximum of 20hrs per week)
The Kent Housing Group have set up a Housing, Health and Social Care Sub Group to promote healthy communities and deliver initiatives for individuals across Kent. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver this work as a Project Officer, managed by Sevenoaks District Council.
You will aim to improve the customer journey, by making it easier for the most vulnerable residents across Kent to access the health and well-being support and advice. With a proven track record of working within a housing environment and a strong understanding of good housing equals good health, the Project Officer will: develop projects; upscale localised best practice; work with partners; organise events and training; deliver and report on targeted outcomes.
We are seeking a motivated and innovative person, with excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills who can work across a range of Kent based organisations. The successful candidate must have project management experience, understand the needs of customers and communities and use their initiative to deliver creative housing and health projects and events.
